A real person reads this. Tapping Contact support inside the app fills in your version and device details for you, which is usually all that is needed to sort something out.
What it costs
Free to download. Scanning a room and seeing its dimensions on screen stays free, so you can find out whether it works on your job before paying anything.
$24.99, once. Full plans, drawing tools and export. There is no subscription, no account and no advertising. A one-time purchase is tied to your Apple Account, so it works on every device you sign in to at no extra cost.
Your data
Site Plan stores everything on your device and has no server to send anything to. It collects nothing, contains no analytics and no tracking, and works with no network connection. The only network traffic it can generate is the App Store’s own, when you buy or restore a purchase.
You can export everything you have entered at any time from Settings, and delete it from the same screen. The privacy policy has the full statement.
Restoring a purchase
Open Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. Restoring is only needed if a purchase did not carry across automatically, and it will ask you to sign in to your Apple Account.
