This privacy policy applies to all apps and services developed by Curtis Clements, operating as The Wandering Dev. It describes what information is (and is not) collected, how it is used, and your rights as a user.
Information We Collect
In general, we do not collect personal information. The apps listed below store data locally on your device only, and that data never leaves your device unless noted.
Prizles (prizles.com, iOS, Android)
Prizles does not require an account and does not collect or transmit any personal data. Puzzle progress, streaks, and statistics are stored locally on your device. The web version uses your browser's local storage for this purpose. No analytics, no tracking.
Biblical Hebrew Vocabulary (iOS, Android)
This app operates entirely offline. All study progress, spaced repetition data, and settings are stored locally on your device. No personal data is collected, transmitted, or shared.
Powder Run (iOS)
Powder Run does not collect personal information directly. If you use Game Center features (leaderboards), your Game Center identity is handled entirely by Apple and governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Advertising
Some of our apps may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks. These networks may collect certain non-personal device information (such as advertising identifiers, device type, and general location) to serve relevant ads. This data is collected and processed by the ad network, not by us.
You can limit ad tracking through your device settings:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
- Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads
Third-Party Services
Our apps may integrate with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Apple App Store / Game Center — governs purchases, device identifiers, and leaderboard data on iOS
- Google Play — governs purchases and account data on Android
- Third-party ad networks — may collect advertising identifiers in apps that display ads
Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of our apps, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
Data Security
Because we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no server-side data to secure. Data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's own security features.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
